What services do you offer?

We provide a full range of professional language services:

• Certified Russian Translation: Birth certificates, marriage certificates, police certificates, educational credentials, and other government-issued documents for official use in Canada.

Who will be translating my documents?

All translations are handled by Andrei Shmatkov, a certified Russian and official Ukrainian translator. His translations are recognized and accepted by authorities and organizations across British Columbia and Canada.

Where are you located?

Our office is in Burnaby, British Columbia. We serve the entire Vancouver Lower Mainland and clients nationwide.

Certified Translations

Are your certified translations accepted in Canada?

Yes. All certified translations are fully accepted by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), provincial authorities, and all other official institutions in Canada.

Do I need to provide my original documents?

You can send a high-quality scan or photo via email for a free quote. If you are picking up the translation in person, please bring the original document for verification.

What is the difference between a certified and a notarized translation?

A certified translation is completed by a certified translator with a signed declaration of accuracy. This is standard for most official needs in Canada.

A notarized translation involves the translator signing the declaration in front of a Notary Public. This is sometimes required for legal purposes. Notarized translations are available on request.

Process, Payment & Delivery

How do I get started and get a quote?

1. Email your document: Send a clear scan or photo to [email protected].
2. Provide details: Include the correct spelling of all names as they appear on official IDs (passport, driver’s license).
3. Receive your quote: You will get a free, no-obligation quote quickly.

How long does it take?

Standard single-page documents are completed within 1–2 business days. Larger projects take longer. An express (rush) service is available upon request.

How will I receive my completed translation?

• Local Pickup: Collect your translation in Burnaby.
• Mail (Canada-Wide): Regular mail is free; express delivery with tracking is available for an additional fee.
• Email (Digital): PDF versions are provided for translations not requiring originals.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via e-transfer, PayPal, or credit card. You will receive an official invoice for every order.
